Yea, I wonder if they can easily just tell NCAA that they want to move up. If they do, they need equiv women's sports at that level too. I am sure it's not that easy to do but I wonder why not move up? Maybe they like kicking ass?

Yeah thats not true though, because the school right down the road from me UCONN was never D1 in Football until 1998 but there basketball has been forever and is always in the top teams.
