I think that spitzer should be able to stay governor his personal issues have nothing to do with how he runs NYS....unless of course he was paying his hores with tax payer's money and writing it off then thats a whole other issue!! It's just like bill clinton and lewinsky it wasnt the world's business to know who he screws but they did anyway but the way the news people are they will make his life such a hell he prob will resign
