Word. I worked in EMS for awhile, saw some gross shit... but I really can't take people hurting a dog. That whole "Man's Best Friend" thing is totally applicable, dogs are always happy to see us, and some people abuse them. It just isn't right, and why the FUCK would someone post that online? I really hope the cops/COs take him in the stairwell and beat the living piss out of him. And I didn't even watch the video..
