I went to my address book and my console number is right there; 16 digits. Maybe I am looking at the wrong thing.
So far, everything I can find online has friend codes as 16 digit. Or is there a separate friend code in the game itself?
EDIT: Got it, my code for Smash Bros is 0989-1496-7709. The other number is the Wii console number so I could add you to my address book or whatnot.
