Well after about 8 months worth of work, numerous setbacks getting parts, machine shop delays and tonsssss of fabrication to this setup it's finally done! Well sorta There is a couple small oil leaks coming from the pan right now and I think my alternator isn't putting out the proper juice... but the car runs and I drove it a bit this past weekend. The base map actually seems fairly decent with a stoich idle and low 14 afr's cruising. I have a ton of tuning to do once it's broken in. I only put about 10 miles on it total this weekend... I didn't wanna drive much with the alternator acting the way it is now. Anyways here is a pic of the final engine setup, i'm very pleased with how everything turned out

TRD hood? What? I take it this is a different TRD than Toyota Racing Development.

nope it's really is TRD as in toyota.. Toyota had the same exact car over in japan called the caviler.. so the caviler in that body style has TRD parts for it.. and FYI the TRD body kit is hot on that car.. and the winf is pretty cool too

Brew is correct on the hood I bought the hood a few years back from a guy in Japan, not really because it was "special" but because he was willing to sell it cheap lol. The hood got to me and was in decent shape but I did re clear it... unfortunately I had to add hood pins last year as the flex was scaring the shit outta me any time I would go over 100

lets see some numbers!
Patience!!! The car needs to be babied and broken in for about 500 miles before I can even begin to turn up the boost. Right now I have about 10 miles on it lol... The car is currently running about 7-8psi and is on a base tune scaled for the 720 injectors and that's about it. I'm hoping by the end of this season to be able to turn the boost up to around 15psi which shoud net right around 375ish whp. Next season i'm going to focus on tuning and on race gas will be running closer to 25psi
