I wasn't really trying to get into any name calling really, I was just trying to get the point across that he was swearing up and down that his tint is only 5% outside the law and was basically dismissing everyone else's advice. If he were only 5% outside the limit he could EASILY fight that and get it thrown out, but at 35% over the limit, it’s a much harder case.
Sorry for using the word "idiot," I was just trying to get across the point about his interpretation of the percentages. I obviously don't know if he is actually an idiot because I don't personally know him.

That being said, Mike did have a few good suggestions, but I think it will be hard to get it all thrown out.
