I'd be hunting that SOB down, do some sort of sick stuff like they did in saw and saw2. Lock a contraption on like a mechanical pair of shorts, tell him the key is in his member, if he doesn't cut it off to get the key the device he is wearing will turn on like a blender and turn his ball bag into seaman puree.
