Just get all the parts ready, a few friends, the right tools, and you could have that engine in there and ready to move within a weekend, easily. If you wanna do affordable, do just an LS (B18A/B) into a Civic for now, then when you got another free weekend, swap on a B16A head to do the LS/VTEC swap and you'll be making decent torque and power, and it's cheaper than a GSR motor.
