well, tell that to the 50 plus cars that were doing it with me, it was at waterfest man ,everyone was doing it...........ill do burnouts where I want to, I did it because i thought it was funny, and so did everyone around me in there cars, your the one who thinks 'god damn kids' because your a dick and you saw the oppurtunity to act mature and put someone down.
