well for one, i didn't know it was waterfest, so i guess it makes more sense, still pretty stupid, but hey, i was younger once, and i did some pretty stupid stuff, luckily i got away with 99% of it, but there were a few times when i didn't think about the consequences of my actions, and looking back at those times, i could have easily fucked up my whole life and lost things i had worked my whole life to get, so maybe my outlook on things is a bit different then yours
and yeah, about being a dick, hmm, ask anyone who knows me, i'm about as chill as they come, i'm just saying think about the consequences of your actions, not that doing a burnout will cost you everything in the world, but saying "well everyone else was doing it" won't get you out of a ticket if a cop saw you do something like that and decided to hand you one
but as you said, your actions are your own to decide, you can do a burnout whereever you feel like it, and i can state my opinion on said acts if you post/discuss them in a public place like this board
