Aside from a complex oiling system, pre-ignition chambers and serious compression ratios diesels arent that different than gas motors. So what if gas motors try to avoid detonation and diesels are specifically controlled detonation.
Seriously tho, I have had bad experiences with all the Chevy dealers in the area (except northstar in clifton park ... never been there). If you take it to a stealership, I have never heard anything bad about gendrons GMC in Troy.
Course I am a fan of DIY now that the Camaro is well out of warranty...
