On my 98 Maxima that was the setup that I had through Stillen...if you had a 95-99 then you're right on the money with the #'s.
As far as the tuning goes, Shawn is right on the money in saying you have to tune for fuel and not for boost. It doesn't matter if you're running 1 lb or 100 lbs of boost, the fuel is what makes your motor
