I don't see where you can complain too much. They replaced your phone for free, paid your $150 bill AND gave you free text for life. That seems like good customer service to me.
No offense, but it sounds like you are asking way too much for something as simple as a broken phone, which they have replaced anyway. They didn't have to pay your bill and give you free text messaging for a broken phone which isn't even their fault. Its the manufacturer of the phone itself....
