LOL At least you are properly trained. As I was leaving the dealership, A mechanic pulled up in a white durango. There was clearly a shattered front differential in the vehicle. Mechanic says to customer "This is unsafe. It's either a wheel bearing or differential, we'll have to pull it apart and take a look." Explain to me how you can confuse a wheel bearing with a shattered diff? That's like saying he's low on blinker fluid. The wheels were skipping because it was locked for gods sake! Not to put you down, I don't know about your expertiece, but most mechanics at dealerships are glorifed parts changers and have no clue of what do do without going to the computer, punching in the problem, and having it spit out a few parts to try swapping. It's pathetic on the car manufacturer's part to not properly train the emplyees that are repairing their vehicles.
