All Hoods are made with very high quality, thick sheetmetal, with a thickness of a quater coin. If you have a hard time bending a quater, you will have a hard time damaging the sheetmetal. The MeanHood pictured above has been involved in an accident, and has survived with no damage other then paint chipping, meanwhile the headlight mount, corner light, and bumper have been destoyed.
- Also on EF models, the MeanHood actually gives your more visibilty, in the fact that it allows you to run high beams at night, in addition to the regular lights, but without the blinding effect of the higher beam, greatly increasing the brightness of the regular lights and improving visibility.
Also LED Guage Cluster Conversions.
Transform your regular, dull guage cluster to LED's, with a Mean Designs kit.
Instead of using regular, narrow beam LED's which make the cluster have "hot spots", Mean Designs Kits consist of 3-way LED's, that spread the light over the entire cluster, instead of focusing it in one spot.
