Good alignment shop?
I had an appointment with Firestone today and they said they couldn't do an alignment on my car because it is too low to get on the rack. It's probably for the better anyway because the guy who was going to do the alignment barely spoke english and just smiled and nodded his head as I explained what specs I wanted, how to get more negative camber by loosening the nuts on top of the coilovers, and not to push on the hood because it will dent, etc..
When I handed over the keys I was pretty sure something was not going to go right. After an hour they tell me that they can't do the alignment because it's too low to get up on the ramp. First thing I do is check the front bumper and make sure that they didn't find out it wouldn't get up the ramp the hard way. Luckily everything looked fine.
Anywho, I know Broadway Auto Clinic on Broadway in downtown Albany caters to lowered cars with aftermarket suspension, but are they the only choice around here?
I'd like to go somewhere that is used to doing performance alignments and takes a little pride in what they do.
Thanks
