I find it funny that the top Integra that was crushed, the guy wasn't even racing, the cops just say he had stolen parts on the car because of lack of stickers.
I find it very hard to believe that those people can afford to buy AND mod a car but can't afford a trip to a track. Either way, not being able to afford the track or one not being close enough is still no reason to go and risk other innocent peoples lives.

Although I think crushing a car for first time offenders is a little harsh, they shouldn't be breaking the law in the first place. (Plus risking lives other than there own)
