Only downfall is that you cant listen to cds while using navigation. Which is no biggie if you have the ipod interface. I just ordered the avic z2. Should be here today. I 2007 navi update dvds were just released too. Pioneer should give you them for free if you just bought the unit and its running the old one. Not sure if the d series runs the same software as the z though. Check out the avic411 site. Pretty much everything you need to know about the unit on there.
