Aaron was SUPER consistent and usually got mid 30s to early 40s a year and never hit more than 47 (hit 45 once, and 44 four times). He didn't jump nearly 20 HRs in one year. He hit 44 when he was 23 and then hit 40 when he was 39. Then went to 20, 12, and 10 the next three years, after turning 40. Big difference there.
I never said his bat speed got faster as he got older. I have asked for proof that his bat speed increased (which would cause the ball to go further).

Again, I brink up Sosa. He had a few GREAT years in terms of HR's and then he dropped back down to a consistant amount. Everyone can have a great year. Bonds went from 73(where is was 36 years old) to 46 and that was BEFORE the steroid accusations. He has not hit more than 46 since. Aaron had his best year at age 37.
