SV650s is a good starter bike...and even if u get decnet ucan ride that threw twisties and if your good enough keep up and beat alot of other bigger bikers

I'm 5'1 1/2 and I can't even tippy toe on an R1. My bf has an 02. And like Mike said throttle control has nothing to do with not being tall enough to touch the ground and hold the bike up, let alone move it to back up etc. The GSXR has the lowest seat height in the 600 class. They are great for short people. A gsxr lowered 1 inch is equal to my r6 lowered 3 inches. Atleast for me.
