Nice work. What program are you using for your suspension design, and testing of the rear subframe? I use SusProg3D and SolidWorks 2006 for CNC work, along with Cosmos for stress analysis. Fun stuff!
This is a great project and right up my alley and line of work. I'll be watching this right down the line
