Cause I have been to that shop. My friends Kevin and Nelson used to work there and my other friend Charlie is a manager. Eat your words, bitch. Kevin and Nelson both left cause they don't pay you worth a damn and anyone with any skill goes somewhere else(actually Nelly gave up mechanics altogether). When you stop in, tell Charlie Cavi Mike said what's up. The fact is my friends have worked at damn near every muffler shop in this county and if you want something other than a 315'er exhaust you need a mandrel bender, nothing any muffler shop around here has to offer. Like I said, it's good for a winter-bomb but not for your good car.

*edit* And don't confuse a crush bender with a mandrel bender. Just because the crush bender uses inter-changeable 'mandrels' doesn't make it a mandrel bender. A mandrel bender draws the pipe around the mandrel, stretching the pipe so it keeps the same inner-diameter. The hydraulic bender at Midas(and everywhere else) just pushes the middle of the bend and CRUSHES it. And just because it doesn't have those ripples in it like pre-bent pipe doesn't mean it's not crush bent.
