Got a chance to do some more work on it tonight

Engine is pretty much ready for paint... just needs cleaning and more tape!

Forks are primed. Unfortunately, the high temp paint I used said it needs to cure for 7 days before I can put the paint coat on! So a week for it to cure, then painted black, then a week to cure after that before I can put it together

Stator/Flywheel and front sprocket cover. I dremeled off the part that covered the front sprocket.

Frame with the rear suspension and swing arm put together. Also the rear foot brake lever is attached.

Cover after being primed:

Another one of the forks:

BMX bars, ASV levers for front and rear brakes... Factory Metals Billet throttle, eBay MX triple clamp:

Good shot of the billet throttle:

Another good shot of the throttle and ASV lever:

Still obviously a ton of work to go, but its coming along...

Another thing is that andy and I are trying to convert the wheels and street tires to a tubeless design, to eliminate the problems we've been having with the tubes. Hopefully tomorrow or monday, we'll get to try and put some air in the tires.
