Ghetto Tubeless
Obviously this is for a mountain bike tire so you may have to modify the plans a little bit but it may work. Also a tire sealant may be needed just to work into the smallest of leaks. I know they sell just a bottle of the Stans Tire Sealant at most bike shops/sporting goods stores such as EMS. Its like $10 a bottle or so and one bottle should be plenty.
But good news that style rim you have is the style they have had the most success with getting the ghetto tubeless system to work.

Ah cool! I'm hoping that we can do this because we're taking pics to make a how-to for other crf50 owners. I think we should have good luck with the tire since it says tubeless right on the tire. That's where we got the original idea from.
I was just reading some things on the fiddylife site, and they say its doable with the billet style wheels and that the spoked ones need to be sealed. So I'd image the RTV will help, and then we can add some of the tire sealant to help it out.
They said we could have gone to a motorcycle shop to get the ATV-style valve stems, so I hope we didn't overdrill the wheels to be able to put the car ones in
