looks like both rear tires are intact. They found PARTS of the driver... YARDS away from the car.

the car ripped in half.
let's just assume he wasn't following posted limits. only time i saw a crash like that was with an MR2 that hit a highway light pole broadside at well over 100mph. Driver survived miraculously... but yeah. You're going to need that kind of impact to break EVERYTHING in half like that.
