You guys are missing the point. The testing is really a cover-up. The device will be installed in vehicles whose drivers are over 60 to make them at least go or exceed the speed limit. So if some ol fart is driving 40 in a 55 it will automatically depress the gas to make them go 60. No car will be permitted to go 15 in forward, only reverse. I can't wait to get mine. I'm setting mine at 85.
