10k redline + open cockpit, open wheel is basically a formula car on the street. But you're right. people only look at the HP number.

a rotary atom would be badass

and if I were ever to get one, and the lsj was the only motor offered, i would be forced to try to order one sans motor as the lsj would last about as long as it would take to pull it out of the atom

I might be able to get a blown 13BT for 400 dollars. It would cost another 1200 to strip it down, and rebuild it with a street port to put down 250 hp. I think a rotary in that would be awesome, althought it would be really really loud!
