Pretty good read, some really interesting stuff. 1 of 23 certainly up the value huh?

Its 1 of 23 competition roadsters but 1 of 2 super snake versions with the twin superchargers. And since one of the 2 was totaled thats the only one that exists.

That one that sold was Carrol Shelbys original roadster. Although it has changed hands several times including Bill Cosby who drove it once and sold it. After that it was crashed and stored and purchased and rebuilt. There is a pretty sweet article in Autoweek or Road & Track about it. If I come across it Ill post it on here.

i bet if they lifted it and put 30" spinners on it, they would have gotten a little more for it
