Anyone else hate waiting...

for parts?! Ive been waiting over a month now to get the parts that I need. The fact that I spend $700 on the parts that are on order, in which I still dont have em. I cant stand it. Im one of those people who wants the parts ASAP, but they will prolly sit in my house forever waiting to be installed.

Its a good thing its cold outside because I really wanna get everything installed and go for a test drive!

So who else hates waiting for parts?

ummm... I'm pretty F-ing sure that everyone hates waiting in general... whether it be in line at the bank, in the car at a stoplight, or for a shipment of parts to arrive. Waiting is not a pleasant thing.

I just ordered an exhaust for my Camaro (Magnaflow... I've had enough of the cutout setting my 1000 degree reflective insulation on fire) Ordered it Sunday night at 1130 pm, and it was at my doorstep by 8 am Tuesday before I went to work. Fastest service I've ever had... even faster than Tire Rack by at least 12 hours.

I was sick of waiting for my front spindles and calipers that I bought nearly a month ago. I finally got them yesterday.
Now I have everything but the lugnuts for my 5 lug swap (probably buying them today) and have no clue when Im going to do the swap.

I just like to have stuff as soon as possible after I pay for it.

I've been waiting for different crap all winter. No complaints tho. Cant play with any of it until spring so I'll install or fix something every 2 weeks to keep me busy.

Winter sucks.

walt you are one of the few... for the motor cycle i am building in school with my shop teacher... we were waiting on new parts from africa from about setember and we finally got them in december (given that they had to be custom made and that took awhile) but around october or so they were just about done and it took a good 5 weeks to ship them it sucked.. cause we needed them to finish off some other things like the front caliper mounts and brake rotor spacers... but needless to say it was a nice christmas.. the parts are awesome

You know what I hate waiting for?
I"m sitting here with a FULLY ASSEMBLED engine and transmission, absolutely ready to drop it in the car. In fact, I could've done it yesterday and fired it up...

...until I realized that the transmission shop unbolted the driver's side engine mount from the case when they worked on it... and now that mount, along with my chassis edition of the factory service manuals and the rear motor mount, are sitting somewhere in their shop until Monday.

I got my parts for my quad, put it back together. Went Ice racing and put a dime size hole in the cylinder and jug. I have molten aluminum on my riding pants! So much for that now! Now I need a new cylinder and big bore kit. SOB
