Hey guys, I just come in from the garage, I have good news and bad news.... This swap looks like it will bolt right in, I will have to swap harnesses and cpus etc. Here's the thing, the incoming fuel lines are metall all the way to the engine bay, then they have like this vinyl shrinkwrapped to it and it goes over the crossmember and back into hardline via some quick disconnects. They are different between the two motors, and the return connection on the pass side is a little shorter with the 5.0. I found some parts at a place online called ronmorrisperformance.com and I'm gonna have to get fittings there if I cant reuuse what is here. I know I will have to re-do the return side, its a little bit longer of nylon tubing in the mark than the 5.0. Anyway it doesn't appear to be too bad at all, I anticipated finishing tomorrow but I've changed my mind and I'm gonna go the whole 5.0 way.

I'm posting a few pics from tonights progress, and hopefully tomorrow will bring more good news. I should be able to have this motor out and on the stand apart by tomorrow evening. With any luck I can have my harness swapped over as well. Should just be nit-picky shit like those fucking fuel lines left. I'll keep you guys posted with progress pics and lengthy ass topics.
