Moon Performance - Lake Placid, NY

Went up to Moon Performance in Lake Placid today with Cossey and Da King. Easy drive and a great place. Seth, the owner/operator is a grade A individual. Took the time to talk to everyone about their cars, his car, Moon, and just life in general. Very good guy. Put my Evo up on his Mustang dyno and with his magic touch he was able to produce 411whp and 370wtq. MONSTER numbers on a Mustang. I was VERY happy...logged on the way hom eand found ONE count of knock at 8200RPM in 4th gear. Nice conservative tune, good power, awesome service, new/clean shop. Would recommend this place to anyone!

(I have been up for 2 days straight now with the guys from KTA working on the Evo. Doing some minor additions to get some more out of her )

On that note, we are going to try to setup a dyno day sometime in August for our local enthusiasts. We need 8+ cars to rend the dyno for the day and it would be $60 per person. This includes dyno setup, warmup run, and 3 pulls. There will be limited tuning appointments also available. Hope to get some intrest as this is only a 2 hour drive from Albany and really is a gem of a shop run by a grade A individual in Seth.

blackparis is on a distinguished road

60$ I might be down.. I really want Enginuity to release the definitions for my car FIRST, so I can play with the timing a bit... I guess it depends on the date...

EDIT: Nice numbers by the way

SICK numbers!!!!

This was all done by just ECU tuning, right? No piggy back or any other crap?

I've decided that my next mod for the evo is paying it off, so no expensive mods for the next couple months

I hate you, seriously.

im surprised noones mentioned the rpm at which the knock was recorded yet justin... or by what means u managed to reach these seemingly astronomical numbers on a heartbreaker dyno, seeing as the last time ur car was on a mustang dyno u only put out 234whp..haha

Great numbers Justin! That is a lot for a mustang dyno. How much boost were you running?

I might be interested in the dyno day depending on when it happens.
