Powdercoat removal?

I'm looking at the Eastwood catalog and there's some SM triple X stripper here but it doesn't specifically say it will remove powdercoat. "Designed to remove the toughest automotive coatings and adhesives from metal surfaces." Any suggestions?

Use Eastwood's Aircraft and Automotive Paint Remover....same idea as removing paint just use a little more and leave it on longer....blasting powder coat sucks huge balls...I know I've done it at my work before.

BoxerSix is on a distinguished road

I strip it all the time. I use Eastwood's Aircraft Stripper, lightly scuff the coating prior to applying the stripper with a gray(400 grit) scuffy to increase the surface area and allow the stripper to work more effectively. If you have compressed air, after you appy the stripper and allow it to work in for 5-10 minutes, remove a small section of the bubbled PC and blow the air underneath it. It will lift it right from the surface in sheets and easy removal.

Protect all bare skin You'll know when you get even the smallest drop of that stripper on your skin as it BURNS BAD, yet leaves virtually no marks after washing off

you wernt very specific what you were removing powder coat from.
but these guys say that other stuff works good too, so go for it.

Greg, idk what you did when u sand blasted powder coat off that made it such a bitch. It was very easy when I did my wheels and valve cover.

Sand blasting takes forever, first of all, and it's incredibly tiring. But that's not even the main problem, sand takes metal away too. Think about it.
