Come on, you are comparing apples to oranges. That car is from the early 90's. Why don't you compare it to cars from that era. If its the L98 motor it is only rated at 245hp, plus its heavy.

The idea is obviously out there though, but people always bash people who own american cars. Its still a corvette, which is an awesome car, regardless of the quarter mile times.

FYI, My dad has the same model Vette. He hasn't been to the dragway in ~30 years, haha, and he managed to pull a 14.5.
-15.2 is really bad driving

Same model doesn't mean anything. The L98 had 245hp and the LT1 was rated at 300hp, BIG difference, but same body style. Plus there is the difference between an auto and a stick.
