Hands down the nicest of the GT-R's ever produced. I'm at either end of the spectrum....gimme R32 or R35.

By the way guys, this GTR is the R36. The R35/V35 was the G35 style.

There is no more R, it's just a rebadged Z. As far as I'm concerned it's a slap in the face of the Skyline AND the Fairlady.

Not quite. Hence why Nissan didn't put a GTR badge on the V35's. The chassis is really compeltely different from a Z's. So is the whole drivetrain, interior, exterior, engine, etc... I think it might share a few screws and a Nissan badge.

After doing some more research, I stand corrected, but not by Cavi Mike.

"Because of the GT-R's heritage the chassis code for the all-new version has been called CBA-R35[3], or 'R35' for short."

R34 or nothing. Dark blue w/ totally JDM gold Advan wheels. 1300whp, etc.
