CASE Relearn
Ok, well I know everyone here hates GM vehicles and whatnot, but I was wondering if any of you knew of someone who has something like a Tech II Scan Tool which can do a CASE (Crankshaft Variation) Relearn? I will need one shortly for the Bravada and I am wondering if I can find someone who can do it cheap.
Here is a link to the procedure for those interested.

Can't you find someone with a snap-on one? Or only a Tech II? Maybe Howard @ Redline has one?

A Snap-On should work as well. I just know a lot of the GM guys use the Tech II, thats why I mentioned it.

My sister is a GM tech and has one, but she's flying off to Switzerland again tonight. I'm sure if you talk to the guys down at Gendrons in troy where she use to work and let them know you know Amanda/Adam Hennessy they might cut you a deal on the scan...

Awesome, I will keep that in mind. (Which Gendron's is it, because like 3 came up in Troy) The reason I am going to need it done is because I have a tune coming soon which will require the CASE Relearn. I have seen where people have gotten someone to do it for like 20-30 bucks cash since its a very short process.

Yup. Should see 2-3mpg better around town (which is a significant improvement when you get like 15mpg), plus getting rid of the torque management. Also getting the speedo adjusted for the new tire size and an electronic fan patch for when the fan clutch decides to go on my setup and I switch to electronic fans.
The tune will pay for itself with just the gas savings. Plus, I will be able to tow much better as well.
