Very similar. My vote matters about as much as driving out of my way to by gas that isnt drilled by the towelheads. Neither of which have any effect on the future. The difference is one day every 2 years I go out of my way to vote instead of twice a week I drive around until I find an gas station that suits foreign policy.
People think that gas coming out of the pump is THE reason people pump oil out of the ground, when in fact, it's such a small percentage of oil used. Per day, the power plants alone in China use as much fuel as all American drivers combined. You cant make a difference by buying gas from one place or another.
I agree. I get my gas from the place down the street. I dont even know what brand of gas it is. I just go there.

Well I don't specifically drive around until I find a place that sells American gas. I just know a place that does and when I am already in that area I stop and get gas, simple as that. I guarantee everyone has a station that sells American gas near them or while they are out throughout the day, so its really not out of the way at all.
I do agree though that it would be stupid to go out of your way to find a specific station, but I really don't think that is the case. People just have their regular place that they go to and they don't want to change.
