Dynograph thread.

I'll post dynographs along with information about the build from time to time.

Dart Tall deck 2.2L
95mm stroke

Eagle crank,
eagle Hbeams with bolt upgrade
Wiseco pistons 8.8-1 CR.
GSR Head with chamber work only
BC stage 2 cams
BC springs, retainers, new keepers.
BTF Racing sheetmetal intake w/ integral 1000hp Garret WIC core
Icewater tank in the passenger seat area.
BTF racing 180 header.
GT4202 journal bearing
VB44 WG.
Crome, Greddy emanage Ultimate

currently only 750cc injectors, secondary fuel system to be added.

THis run is about the limit of these injectors. Also at 9K+ rpm the clutch wont disenguage.

Same graph but with roll rpm vs engine rpm. The non linearity on the few spots of the graph illustrate the clutch slip it's beginning to experiance.

Mustang

408 stroker
Trick flow heads
mechanical roller cam, 230/240@0.050" ( I believe)
probe rods
eagle crank
10.5-1 pistons
1.75" primary longtube headers
3" dual exhaust
RPM airgap manifold
vacuum secondary 750

BAse run vs adjusted ignition timing. Sometimes less timing is more power, even though you can run more without detonating. This was one of those times. 38 deg advance vs 32 deg advance.

94 Supra turbo

2jz gte
HKS 264's
Hks springs and retainers
Unorthodox adjustable cam gears
stock shortblock
HKS divided t4 manifold
4" exhaust
HKS (?) frontmount size, um, HUGE
Borgwarner 76mm extended tip
hks VPC
blitz boost controller

18psi on the gate alone:

20 psi, run adjusted cam timing

Next up is the Megasquirt running semi-sequential and a quickspool valve.
stay tuned on this car:
we'll be adding hardware to run E85 in flex fuel fashion (pull up to any pump and no matter what the ethanol content, it's properly tuned).

With more revs and better tuning control from the megasquirt we should be able to improve these numbers greatly with no other hardware changes.

Attached is a E85, megasquirted run of badassery.

94 acura B18B

B18B
China turbo kit, "60 trim"
china intercooler
550's
crome
snow performance water meth
3" exhaust
china intake manifold
9 then, 12 psi.

roasted the clutch.

Notice how the onset point of a on/off meth kit is killing the torque at 5K. it isnt until it "cleans it's throat" that the power comes back.

I couldnt do anything about it other than enlean a huge area. Since it was too big a liablilty to have a possible lean spot at torque peak, we let it alone until he got a progressive controller.

Nice lookin' numbers.

I will scan my old GS-R dyno plot when I get a chance sometime, and as soon as I make my way over to Innovative, I will have some numbers for the STi!

THe soup has 90K of asswhoop on it. I tried like hell, but that's the highest adam would push the boost pressure.
We dont want to hurt the block or crank, 'cause we are reusing them this winter for the killer build. (over 1000whp)

The Ford has been a long road. Wiring gremlins, Jackie chan wastegates (supposed to be turbosmarts, poor guy got jacked) that were literally falling apart , leaking boost, one was glued shut with rust. Boost leaks post maf, 10,000 couplers, etc.

But we are now on the path to righteousness.... On one pull it ate 116 lbs/min of airflow!
I'm tuning each stage of boost (if the jackie chan's stop fukkin up), then it's going on the corn liquor.

He's gonna then play with it as long as the snow stays away, then it's coming back and Im making a REAL set of headers for it. Ones worthy of his hard earned money (the setup is rediculous currently, you cant turn sharp left!!!)

I have his ol' Man's lightning here now too for the same treatment. Gunna be lots of >1000hp vehicles coming off this hill.

My dad was over machining for me this weekend while I was roofin' my house. It was funny The guy who owns the Mach, his dad, me and my dad were all standing there shooting the shit and we're all named Richard. talk about confusing...LOL 4 dicks benchracing..hahaha
