I am leaning more towards going fast these days so i am thinkin of pulling the steo out of the trunk of the stang. I still love to listen to it and all but I think I may go down to a single 12 or something simple the 4 amp setup rack and all the other stuff is just too much at this point. any ideas of what I should look to get for it?

i removed mine when i put in the new motor too, but i do miss it sometimes. i'd say just stick in one of your subs and one amp on some sort of setup that can be easily removed when you want to run the car or something. at least that's the route i'm going

Hey lenny,i can help you out with that as i am desig ning a comprable setup for my stang too.Pm me.
I have no problem removing the install just not sure what kinda $ I should ask for for the equipment. I think I am gonna keep my 4 channel amp and one of the 2 channels and maybe a single 12. everything still works prefectly. I am thinking I sould look for a fellow stang owner to take it off my hands as it is such a pretty install and all would hate to scrap all the design hours and build time that went into it.

I have a system in my toilet of a winter car. Came out of my SRT-4 though.
Pioneer DEH-P9800BT Head Unit, Zapco i-Force 5.25" Components, Alpine Type-R 6x9's, Concept 525 Monoblock Amp, and a pair of One-off, hand built pro tech 10's.
i'm still putting one in, its just taking a while. i'll get to it if the car ever stops breaking and i can drive it again. asley's doin her system too, which you know

I decided to keep the system in the car I spent too mach darn time working on it to scrap it I figure. so I am just gonna swap my motor trans and rear. hopefully within the next month or 2 I will have the donor in my drivway and the stang in the garage getting operated on.
