its easy to bypass the motion sensor, it just sucks if your deck fails and you have to get it repaired, it's like throwing away a grand.
if you have videos on your ipod set at 'ipod resolution' it looks like ass on a 6.5" screen anyway. Unless you plan on using the video portion strictly for your car and raising the resolution on all of your videos you have on there (and not being able to see it all on the ipod) i wouldnt worry about the video aspect of it.
Alpine IVA-W200, period.

Ive had several Pioneers, and all the ones that Ive had, all the menu screens and functions, etc where all pretty much the same, so I find it fairly easy. If you havent had a Pioneer before, its a little trouble to get everything right lol
As much as Ive wanted that Pioneer, 1) its too much money for me and 2) there are better

Ive got the 9800BT in my car now, the single knob that does everything is like driving an BMW 745, major pain in the ass to use unless you use it regualrly. The deck I was using before that was a 9300, old school, but they didnt make any better decks until the 9800 came out, so i kept using it.

yeah, the 2 series see's the car moving via GPS and shuts down video above 10mph... they required soldering to the board inside the head unit. the D3 seems to be a simple bypass, thanks for the input on the D3 kenny.
