Current isn't measurable with no load so his question of volts is valid. Also, as voltage drops, current draw goes UP, not DOWN. I'm curious what he meant by 10A myself.

Gotcha, I see what you are saying now. I wasn't really reading the whole post, I just saw 10A and was wondering where Volts popped up. My bad!
