I can only fit a single 10 in my car without using a space-robbing baffle or enclosure. I want to get as much surface area as possible so it sounds like a square sub would clearly be the only choice. The only time I ever hear anything about these is from kids that also think wings on fwd cars are mad tite y0. Opinions?
I dont know too much about them, i think i recall when they first came out that alot of people were complaining because they required like a huge box to run them, i think remembered it was like 8 sq ft. per sub, im not sure if thats what it was but im pretty sure thats what some guy told us at east coast back in the day

my friend had a 15" solo baric that had a 8 sq ft box maybe a tad smaller so if u were looking to purchase a 10 u can prolly take about 3 ft off that, just guessing best bet is to go talk to a good dealer....they make some pretty amazing sounding 10" round subs if u buy the right amp if ur looking for bump an quality

a kicker L5 or L7 10" sub would work decent there... ideally you might be able to squeeze a 12" L7 in there and get better bass... they are very good for SPL but sound quality unless in PERFECT conditions suffers from these subs...
I've actually decided that I'm just going to make a baffle and run my 3 Infinity VQ 12's that have been collecting dust for the past 3 years. What the hay, ya know? Might as well get some use out of them.
