Home Theater question

I am not sure if any of you guys are really into this type of stuff, but I figured I would give it a shot. (Maybe some guys with an EE background can chime in) Anyway, I just picked up a 61" JVC HD-ILA TV and I am looking for the best way to protect it. At a bare minimum I am looking for a UPS to keep the fan going during a power outage to cool down the lamp properly. I am also considering a Line Conditioner to provide the smoothest and cleanest power I can to the TV and my surround sound. Right now I am looking at all of my options and trying to weigh the pros and cons. I have two options that I am looking at right now, here they are:

Option 1: Belkin PureAV PF60 Line Conditioner/Surge Supressor & Belkin 750VA UPS with AVR

Option 2: APC J10 which is a Line Conditioner/Surge Supressor and UPS all in one unit

The Belkin option provides slightly better protection and better filtering, but the APC is one unit and probably a better company overall when it comes to dealing with power. Does anyone have any opinions or other suggestions?

The APS unit looks pretty sweet though.

Monster also makes some UPS' that are probably cleaner power than the office style ones.
Monster overcharges for their products like nobodies business though, thats why I haven't looked too much into their stuff.

What is your setup? Is it a Line Conditioner as well?

Which Monster product though? The only thing I am really seeing is the Home Theater UPS 500 which is nowhere near the protection/filtering you get with either of my two options plus you only get 2 outlets. I am failing to see the advantage of the Monster stuff other than the name hype.

One quick thing to compare is the amount of surge it can handle:
Monster: 500 and something Joules
APC: 3000 and something Joules
Belkin: 7000 and something Joules

Plus the other two units have many more outlets and better filtering from what I can see and at a very similar price.
