I'm sure some of you are thinking about upgrading to Windows Vista either now (since it comes out today) or sometime in the near future. If you are, and I probably will as well on one of my computers, then you should read this article below regarding DRM, or Digital Rights Management.

ordered my copy to test here at work last week just waiting on it now I am hoping it doesnt cause a huge pain with my group policies etc plus I wanna play with it lol. ordered a new intel based mac so I could dual boot windows and OSX kinda feel like a sell out......... but having both would make testing my network changes a whole lot easier.

I'm probably going to give vista a shot also lol, but I'll drop it if the DRM is too ghey

I actually have that too got a new macbook and using a program called parallel so I can run windows on the mac also only thing that sucks is the single mouse button crap man I hate that about macs. But I will always be a windows guy as administering my network is a pita with a mac

I will leave the mapples for the artsy folks everyone knows if you wanna do business its all about the PC a mac email server yeah it can be done but also can shoving a bannana up your ass it can be done but do you wanna? I am sure I just started the old mac vs windows war. Basically both systems have their place and it seems even apple has decided to try to exploit that with their new ad campaign. I personally can use either system but for what Ido its a windows world being a network administrator and all. Mike do use a mac or a pc to do your job? I am betting on a pc........ what do you guys think.

I have a PC Desktop w/ XP that I edit on, an iMac G5, a Dell Laptop w/ vista rc2, a powerbook G4, and I just finished building a PC that I'll put vista on. With that said, as soon as the octo-core Mac Pro's come out, I will buy it with Leopard and move my editing and design stuff to Final Cut and Adobe CS3 on intel native mac.

My servers are all custom build "PC's" running CentOS Linux. However, I do have one server reserved for Win2K3 R2 x64 + Exchange 2007. Haven't decided if I will pursue that or not. I may take a look at Zimbra again, in order to stay as much OSS and Mac as I can
