anyone with apples come read

alright, i always install the latest updates on my sofware updates. but i had problems with one last week. its the quicktime 7.1.5 update, it wont install for me, errors everytime. and now i can't open a bunch of applications including word, because quicktime is all fucked from half installing. anyone have the same problem? anyone know how to fix it? anyone know where to get a version of quicktime 7 that actually installs?

and this isn't about a debate, i just want to know if anyone else has had this problem...and omg a mac has a problem, yes. but also i've owned apples since 90-91 and the one year i owned a pc i had more problems with that then in the 17 years of owning a mac.

i'm not a liar.

i just failed to mention that i had a powerbook 17" before hand and they replaced it a month after apple care expired because warrenty work extends it another 90 days.
