latest microsoft break patch

Hi guys I have had a bunch of people calling me up complaining about getting this error
The Title of it in the box is
"RTHDCPL.EXE-Illegal System DLL Relacation". The explanation in the box
gose like this "The System DLL user 32.dll was relocated in memory. The
application will not run properly. The relocation occurred because the
DLLC:\WINDOWS\system32\HHCTRL.OCX occupied an address range reserved for
windows system DLLS. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contactedfor a
new DLL.

I did some research and found out it is a issue between the patch and realtech HD audio driver to fix it just go use this link download the fix from microsoft and install it. I am sure at least one person is probbaly having this headache on here so I thought I would share.
