Fix My Computer, I pay in money/women/etc

Dell Inspiron 600m laptop. Norton screwed up the wireless, and then Dell screwed up the computer when Hanji used the remote access dealie to try and fix it. Now they're saying it needs the op system reloaded.

Who wants to reload my operating system and reinstall all the necessary Windows stuff back on my comp, including getting the wireless to work? I have all the necessary discs.

I pay in money/women/jokes/beer. Name your price. I hate computers and I want this thing to work right.

PEBKAC = Problem Exists Between Keyboard And Chair. The common issue wrong with my parents computer.
