SRS RA WRC Spec Evo VII Cat-Back

Just purchased this for my Evo IX. WRC Spec exhaust that was built for the Evo VII. Just need to modify a couple of the hangers on my car and I'll be in business. I didn't even want it, but when they e-mailed me and said it had to go they weren't kidding. $250 to my front door I'm a sucker for a bargain. Not excited for the noise, but for the money it's okay I suppose.

$250 for a catback? That's a gift. I paid like $900 and I didn't even need it at the time.

As you say, it was a gift. That was the only reason I bought it. I can turn around and sell it for twice what I paid for it if I decide I don't want to use it. I was telling a few ppl just the other day I wanted to stay low key on the streets and use my stock cat-back but then this happened. So who knows. Will most likely just have the canister painted matte-black so it looks OEM and use the silencer when I'm tooling around to keep the ruckus down. I'll have to see exactly how much work goes into moving my OEM exhaust hangers, also...the guy that I know that I bought it from said it was a pretty easy install but I'm not a professional. So easy to him could be to me.

And when it's not on your car, it can double as a grapefruit launcher!!!

Kidding aside, sweet deal.

Yeah, the freaking thing is HUGE. I'm not much down with the size of it but for the price I can't complain. It's purpose built which I dig. I guess if nothing else if I install it I'll never have to worry about the banana in the tailpipe trick Someone will have to find like a 15 lb bowling ball

Nice pickup on the catback!

And stop trying to pretend that your car's going to be quiet

What diameter?
Looks like 2.5", but either way can't beat the price.

The piping on that looks way to small for the application. I hope it didnt come from ebay could be fake. But yeah that piping way to small it should be a least 3" for that car.

I am not sure what his plans are for the car but 3" should be fine.

It's full 3" interior diameter. The piping looks small next to the "grapefrult launcher" as cossey referred to it as. Not eBay...came from WORKS originally who imported the exhaust from Europe then from another retailer that I deal a lot with in CA.
