CrazyBrew... anyone... How to measure a pully?

Do you measure the M62 pully from ribs or total outside diameter. Want to verify pully size... not just mine, but that of someone else.

yea what he said

if your looking for pulley's for the m62 try here

http://www.billetflow.com

http://www.southfloridapulleyhq.com

these 2 next sites have more of everything for the car(ie pully pullers, internals, springs, tensioners, axles)

http://www.intense-racing.com

http://www.zzperformance.com/cobalt_...cts.php?id=142

also i do want to strongly suggest you get one if not 2 of these gauges.. they just plug right into the OBDII port and allow for you to read/delete trouble codes, and read basicly every engine function you want including your IAT 1 and 2 temps so you don't always need HPT hooked up to do it

no so much faster.. he just wants to get full potential out of the setup.. which since GM is doing the tunes for the 300whp atoms they are prolly a very "safe" tune.. were gunna fix that with a lot data logging and hopefully pull out the like 15 +- whp left in the tune

Maybe I am completely missing what's going on...but you're saying 14-16 is CONSERVATIVE?!? That sounds insanely lean to me. But I may have no idea where this conversation is going?

No, your right. That is insanely lean. It should be arounf 12 or less at the top end. But GM is wayyy too conservative with their tuning. This explains why my car is running lean throughout the entire rpm range. and the worst part is I have NO way to tune it.... fucking GM
