The results are in...

Took quite the field trip yesterday to meet up with a good friend of mine, Franz Diebold. For those of you who don't know who he is, don't worry I won't hold it against you But here's what happened at DTM Motorsport in Dulles, VA.





Honestly I couldn't be happier. Car felt like an absolute monster on the way home. Torque everywhere. So much of it I had to start shaking a stick at her just to get her to calm down But yeah, she's a lot more willing to play now. I have the before/after sheet at home and will post it later.

Considering I got back on a Mustang Dyno after what happened at IMP I was pretty happy. Looking at other cars that have been on that dyno with similar mods mine is much stronger in the TQ dept. while being equal in HP. Go team Sooooooo in love w/ my tq curve.

same mods, 27-28psi, plus crazy changes to the mivec map. franz=brilliant. much safer tune producing much better numbers.

Franz has been a personal friend of mine for years. He tuned my previous Evo, my R32, and now my current Evo. Was very happy when he called and told me he was going to be able to meet up with me, even if it was in VA. I could go into his accomplishments but it would take years, check out DIEBOLD AUTOSPORT if you're interested. Some cool stuff on there. I don't want to start a dyno debate, so I'm not going to get into "corrected" numbers. I have a printout of the map from Jestr when I was @ IMP vs Franz's map on the Mustang Dyno @ DTM and Franz's numbers were about 10-15% better in HP and even better then that in regards to torque. That is with less boost and better timing, keep in mind. I can't say enough good things about Franz and his abilities. Plus he's just a damn cool guy to boot.

#'s would've been even better if they had their dyno dialed in correctly. I forgot to point out it was a little off skew. Notice where the hp/tq lines cross. Not quite close to 5252
