Big negative on this. Pure carbon fabric is not something you want to use in this nature. A 6K 5HS weave fabric would be the toughest against abrasion but you do NOT want bare carbon having the ability to strand off and get into your skin like a sliver. Getting CF in under your skin is 10 times more annoying and painful than fiberglass.
The closest thing you'll get to this is a fabric called CarbonX. It's used extensively in racecar bodies as a flame retardant material and can be worn as a cloth. New ultra temp fire fighter suits are made of this stuff. About $4 sqft from places that sell it in quantity. You can always buy Kevlar and dye it like carbon.
